outside vendor. We want to make sure that our clients
have what they need to run their businesses as well as
possible, with maximum efficiency and reliability. Many
of our information plications are mission critical, so
we give our clients the assurance that we will be there
when they need us.
OSit offers
both software and hardware maintenance agreements
tailored to your specific needs. In general, our
software agreement guarantees your practice scheduled
software updates and unlimited access to our technical
support team Monday through Thursday between 8:00 AM and
8:00 PM EST and Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST.
Our hardware agreements protect you from extended "down"
time due to equipment failure.
